Some Spotteds prefer lizards for their first feeds and the pinkie might need to be scented with a skink. The breeder should not have sold it to you as lizard feeder though unless you were aware and accepted it as that.
I assume that it is kept in the correct temp range, has somewhere to hide etc as the Stimsons is doing ok.
Is the snake healthy otherwise? Is the tounge flicking? Can you hear any ckicking noises from the mouth?

The usual issues with non feeding juvi's is stress levels..what do you keep him in? (should be in a click clack) they don't like big enclosures when young. I recomend not handling him while he's not eating..what temps is he in? try braining or sticking a feather through the rodent. Try a smaller sized mouse is it warm when you offer it? or still cold from defrosting also try gently tapping him with it to get a response. Have you asked your brother what he's doing to compare, you might be doing something different from him?...good luck

hey mate, had the exact same problem with me diamond. She didnt eat her food for around 6 weeks but one time i accidentally dropped in a tiny mouse (she ate med rats and this was a fuzzy mouse) and WHACK she grabbed it and swallowed.. So maybe try something smaller or just leave it overnight (as my spottie doesnt like eating where i can see him)..good luck..

How old is the snake?????

Is the snake in a correct size enclosure (What size container do u have him in)

Try braining the pinky buy putting a pin hole in its head then just leave it in the cage over night

Make sure its up at 30-32 deg

plenty of hides

no handling for a week or so

and also listen to what Allan said as he is a very experienced breeder

Keep us informed

Lewy

Uhh she has 5 hides and hot end is 32 degrees. the mouse is warm when i offer it cause i defrost it in warm water. i have also tried leaving the mouse in overnight still nothing. and she does flick her tongue in and out maybe i wil buy a pinkie mouse and try and i havnt been handling her as she is not feeding.

Had she been eating when you bought her?
Is she only a baby? If so, a tank with five hides in it is much too big for her so there will be stress problems.
A fuzzy mouse would be way too big for her if she is only a baby. You need to go back to the breeder and if she was eating for him then you need to replicate how he housed her.....

Have a good look at the basics to make sure everything is correct.Pay particular attention to temps especially in the early hours of the morning, make sure the ambient is at least 25C and the warm side around 32C.If its in a largish enclosure maybe you should think about putting it in a small tub instead.Make sure it has peace and quiet and no handling with the exception of having to move it to clean the cage.

As far as scenting with skink goes I wouldnt do it.Offering natural food items (even if just scent) could cause you major headaches down the track.
