I know I can get em for $350 up to $395 but the one ive seen this particular one handled it and easy for me to collect as it is close to me they are wanting $440..I offered $400 but they rejected this.
Please share your thoughts.
Thanks

EDIT - Sorry just saw WA in the title. Not sure about WA, usually alot more expensive than Eastern States.

At least I have not posted much before but have been avidly reading it daily. I love the advice and the help that is forthcoming from everyone. I too am in WA and I know that the prices here are a little outrageous compared with the Eastern states. Such a shame (I'm an ex Victorian). My mother had Chirldren's Pythons when I was just little and that started my obsession with snakes. I am about to get my very first couple of snakes. I have a category 3 license and am getting a SW Carpet and a Stimsons at the same time. I am travelling a couple of hours away to get what I want but I think it will be well worth it. I feel that it is important to see the snakes first, handle them and ask as many questions as possible before hand. $440 is a little pricey for a Stimmie. Is it captive bred or wild caught? How old is it? Sometimes it is better to travel that bit further to get something better. That's my theory anyway. After sales service is of the upmost too. You have to be confident that you will be able to care for your critter. I know that I personally have driven everyone I know mad with my incessant questions but the more informed you are the better. I am confident that the people I am getting my snakes off are very good at what they do and are extremely helpful.
I hope this helps. Good luck with it. |

You might end up regretting it forever if you don't go with what you really wanted in the first place. Unfortuanetly WA is expensive. We can only hope that one day we will be able to buy snakes at the Eastern states prices, now wouldn't that be nice......... |

If they want $440.00 that is their business, if they don't want to accept any less for it, that is their business also.
If they can't sell it at that price then they will have to ask less for it.I don't think that it is up to anyone to say that they are asking too much.
