The light to his tank is off but I turned the light to the room on so could see him but not disturb him and he was behind his hide belly up! All I saw was his white belly. I started freaking out. I turned his light on and quickly checked his heat was on, it was. The position he was in was head and first few inches of his body were up the right way but from say halfway along to the tip of his tail he was belly up, not stretched out, just coiled up normally, but belly up. He moved back into position when I disturbed him and seemed ok, I'm just wondering if this is normal behaviour? He is all cloudy because of due to shed. I got him out and checked him all over and he seemed ok. Should I be concerned? Or was he just really really relaxed? |

Any other thoughts?
Could have a gender identity issue and it's a phantom pregnancy!
BTW I didn't know thats what the females did when gravid, very interesting. |

More commonly for me, rather than belly up, they kind of lay on their side and coil awkwardly. When you look at them you think they are sick. Once they shed they go right back to normal. Anybody else observed this kind of behaviour? |
