Question Troublesome Bredli

Hello I would like to ask for some advice on some trouble I am having. I have 2 bredli both 10 months old 1 male 1 female. I have had them for 3 weeks. They were both handling well until about 3 days ago. They are both kept under the exact same conditions. The male has recently (3 Days) become very snappy has bitten me 2 times. If anyone can give me some advice on the matter I would appreciate it very much.

Cheers

Perhaps he is coming up to a shed. Give him a few days peace and quiet and see what happens.

could be nearing shed cycle ,check eyes for clouding or maybe its sick of being handled try giving it time to settle down.

No not from Aaron Lee

Also shouldn't his eyes go cloudy etc if he is coming up to a shed?

His eyes are not cloudy.
And with the handling i was thinking it would be better to hold them at least once a day to help quieten them down.

Or maybe it might be because they are still young. Give them time and they should settle down with age. A 10month old bite does not hurt that much.

Initially they'll go cloudy then clear up several days before shedding. Some snakes are still a bit agro during this (clear eye) stage. I'd be angry too if my skin became tight and uncomfortable.
