No, that will not harm them. Do you supplement calcium in their diets at all? That is probably why they are doing that. What about any UVB, they do need some to help synthesize D3 to keep their shells strong. Otherwise, they can suffer from softshell disease.

I'd like to feed them some small whole fish though the pet shop tell me thats not a good idea, is that true, if not what small breeds of fish can i feed them |  | |
