vents

the enclosure i am getting is 1m l x 60cm t x 50cm d.
my question is will 2 vents 135mm x 55mm be enough or do i need more?
also is it ok to use plastic vents or should i use aluminium vents?

Just don't get those cheap plastic ones designed for cupboards, make sure they are ridgid. Some i've come across you can part the slots and stick you finger through

look at steel sink strainers.

Depends on what you are putting in there. It's not a lot of ventilation/fresh air.

No they are not, but they are of similar size to the ones he was looking at, and they look alot better than plastic. I use them at the hot ends, and A4 size plastic ones at the cold ends.

Sink strainers

I have not personally used steel sink strainers but they would have to be the cheapest you could get. Probably 2 for $2.50 or there abouts from any hardwarde store.

Damn Jason how big are your sinks? he said he was looking at 135mm x 55mm vents, thats a damn big sink strainer.

They come in packs of two, I meant using both, or more if needed.

i am putting spotted pythons in it.
i am planing to put them in the front of it under the doors, so they can't be taller than 100mm, so if i have to put 4 or even 5 in i will.
