i live in the inner north, and don't drive...
so needs to be close....
anyone know of one?

Peter Cameron in Altona North is one of the best around and he has a large personal reptile collection.
Otherwize there's one in Warranwood.

There are vets everywhere arent there?
If not up for a bit of a walk u could always look i teh phone book or on the net and call em.
Try google maps. Just type in the street u live in in melbourne and then BAM should come up.
OR! The yellowpages website is a really big help. they know everything.

and i already called every vet within 8kms of me to see if the do reptiles...
best help i got was the number for a vet a 50minute drive away... inconvientient at the best of times... but i don't drive...
and they only recomended him because he does call outs to their clinic, but for snakes only.

^^^ that one is a good page. Just zoom in on the map on the left hand side of the page and u should be able to see your street and its a helpful map

Tetras its not as simple as taking your reptiles to just any vet. Most vets know didly squat about reptiles and can do more harm than good. You really need a vet that knows about reptiles and unfortunately they arent all that common.
