Will the return forms that are soon due be sent out in the mail and if so have people received them yet or where they sent with the last license renewal? I'm having some mail issues and only about half of my stuff seems to turn up.

i too need some, so i rang the DSE and they're sending some out to me. They said they don't send them out unless they're requested.

I keep a form and photocopy it if needed, but they usually send me some every year anyway.

I rang DSE today. The lady said for anyone who hasn't got a Returns Form to ring them and they will send one out.
She also said if they don't receive the completed form by the due date (14/04/2007), they will send you a reminder that includes a Returns Form.
So if you want a Returns Form to be sent out to you, here is the number for the DSE Customer Service Centre: 136 186
She said that she is expecting a lot of phone calls Monday morning as a result of me giving out the number.

I'm impressed that they actually sent one out this year! It's a bit different to the old ones I had on hand though so I think I'll need to make a few copies
