You can buy it online from a few herp shops, but I just bought mine from the vet.

I just use whatever is around the house
Your usual kitchen spray and wipe kinda stuff.
Wipe down afterwards with a bit of water.
Never had any probs

You could also try the F10 XD. It is normal F10SC but has a cleaning agent in it also. Clean and disinfect at the same time. It's great!
