Looks like a robust skink(ctenotus robustus), they are also called strped skinks and a few other names i think.

that or egernia whitii they do look similar

did c. robustus used to be called c.lesuerii or are they different

Thanks everyone after checking out the link from cwarren its definatley a robustus.Quick little sucker,hes only here for rehab and so far is eating mealworms by the handfull.What else should I offer him?

Roaches, crickets, small snails etc. whatever you've got around that moves, a variety is good.
Do these guys eat vegies people? (hopefully someone who KNOWS answers for you)

yep, they eat anything from fruit, vegies , shrubs, flowers and insects
