I have had him for about 8 weeks (time flies), he shed 3.5 weeks ago (was a complete surprise, there was just a skin there one morning) and I noticed 1 week ago, that there was grey in his black markings.
This has since grown into more of the black, but no where near all of it. I have also never noticed any clouding in the eyes.
So I suppose my question is how long does it take to shed from the first signs (assuming that grey appearing in black is a sign)? |

Really, just observe him and continue with your normal routine. With these observations you can, in the future after more sheds, form more educated opinions as to whether or not he is sloughing.
Good luck and I hope it all works out. | | |
