Googled it in images and none look similar, the claws are too big and the tail too small
As for the Marbled... I think it could be, although the colours dont look exact but it was night and may not have seemed to have those dots.

Still don't know about that burrow in the garden
Got hundreds of Trapdoors around here and its too big, and different construction to be on, or a Funnel Web. Dont know what it could be. Will look into burrowing frogs, once again, not my specialty so dont know if they are here or what, will look now.
