No real sure, but let me know when you have some ready to sell. I would call the EPA to find out.
Better to be safe than sorry. I am led to believe you don't need a licence.

I don't think you do because wouldn't you need a license to obtain 1?
and my local petshop sells them, and you don't have to fill out any form I don't think.

Depends, are you planning to catch and sell? Buy and sell? or just selling some you no longer want? To catch and sell you need a wildlife harvesting permit. To buy and sell you need a commercial wildlife permit. To just sell a couple you no longer want no licence is needed.

really? so if i want to keep a scorpion i cant do that on my recreational? whats the licence called that you keep scorpions on?

no licence needed to keep, just if your planning on selling, i dont mean just one or 2 you dont want but if you plan to sell in large quantities or catch and sell licences are needed
