Sugar Glider/pics

These are my Petaurus breviceps.
I keep a group of 8.
They got pretty active after providing them some veggie.

I'm beginning to wonder whether there is any animal you don't have . Do you have a big ship that you keep them on in case there is a flood?

Haha, no no, I don't have so many animals, but the Petaurus were always on my "wish list".

After I've seen them in the zoo it was "love at first sight" and the "Sugar Glider bug" got me.

No, when they get a good varied diet it's not so hard.

One day I had the chance to see the birth of two tiny babies.

They sidled themselves to the pouch and it looked awesome.

But normally only one baby survives.

Yeah Lars, I'd have to move to Victoria where they can keep them, but the government allows those Victorians some leeway as the rest of Australia feels sorry for them living down there.

Very cute Lars!!!

I'm hoping my pair breed when they're ready.

Jason: Feel free to move to SA, plus, our permit lists are better again, you won't have to sell your luxuries like N. amyae etc.
