I agree with Jason that it's a very complicated cage for baby dragons. I recommend that my buyers keep the cage as simple as possible for at least 6 months.

I have fed mine quail as a treat but they are very expensive. Give then chicken as a cheaper alternative. They love them. My pet shop carries they in sizes from 1 day old to 6 weeks old.

I leave mine in the original tank without any problems. If you dampen the sand at one end of the tank, they usually lay in that so you can influence where in the tank they lay.
