i think every heat source should have a thermostat...like mr B said, 5 w wont be enough when it gets real cold...better off getting a 15-20 watt and running a thermostat

i put a 100 watt purple urs light in today and...

i put a 100 watt purple urs light in today and bought another thermostat for it too, the 100 watt purple seems not as hot as the 75 watt infrared....ill see how this goes for a while.

im still confused about my set up though....
i need heat 24/7 while they are this age, i know i only need my uv on about 12 hours a day...

the light i leave on full time is one of those infrared ones that apparently can be on at night and i have a uv on in the day time aswell...and thats all i have as far as...
