Bob2, feeding isnt really the issue as dead food will not need to be killed but there are still concerns about how venom effects digestion so what impact would having the venom glands remove have?...

Diamond pythons are capable of with standing cooler conditions so you should be able to keep your diamond outside. If i were you id wait another year or two so just so he/she can get a bit stronger.

hey, asian house geckos wouldnt be the best food source. They might be exotic but geckos often carry many parasites (more hten skinks even) which can be passed on to the predator.

white-lipped snakes (drysdalia coronoides) are only called whipsnakes in Tasmania from my understanding. Their bite is mild but it wouldnt surprise me if it came with a bit of pain, nothing serious...
