if you dont have a flter then you should test the water with right water testers before you do water changes if there is even a slight ammonia or nitrite then its is recommended you get a filter.

yes but you wouldnt have to change it evre yweek if you provided a larger tank with filter and filters can be adjusted to a low flow rate that does not hurt your betta.

guppies would be the best as they are tropical so can survive at the same temp as the turtle the only problem is if they filter with your turtle isnt mature which then the toxins from the turtles...

yeah its something i think about the fatty acids in it which can cause bad stuff for them, mine dont eat it anymore and only eat frozen fishs which is one of the best things to feed them.
