They are made out of real natural rock and there for retain heat really...

"Vic strain" are a little harder to find as they are a true Victorian inland python and not from around the border where they might be crossed with different sub species.
I just got 1 also "sierra"...

I have bought 3 ceramic heat emitters from a guy (aqua-house) on ebay over the last 3 weeks.
The seller (aqua-house) sells them at a great price ($37 inc post) and his postage is unbelievably fast....

The emitters are 100w and I think the brand is "zoo life" they work a treat !

To seal the main surfaces use a 50/50 mix of wood...

To seal the main surfaces use a 50/50 mix of wood glue and water and then paint it and use no more gaps to seal joints (as it can be painted)
