i would say go the hatchling cos if ya not use to the idea of getting bitten by a snake at least you wont feel it for a while.

As for set up i run my spotted at about 30- 35 degrees on hot side...

Hey guys,

I'm looking at getting some baby quails too feed my carpets for a bit of variety.
Has anyone had any dramas with birds. I am a bit worried about the beaks doin damage.

my carpets get a white layer similar that wont wipe off without a bit of water.

It looks like just calcium from the water in my case.

A mate of mine just has an old beer fridge ( minus the beer ) and a heap of heat cord. And just a simple thermostat not sure of brand though but its definately not a dimming thermostat.
