I use plastic cable clips, they won't melt as the heat cord will (should) be controlled by a thermostat so that it never goes above 30-35 degrees, depending on what temp you desire.

If we got 500-1000+ signatures from NSW license holders, that's all that would matter really, the fact it was done through APS, or any other channel for that matter, would be irrelevant IMO.
