How do you know that it was incorrect incubation that caused this colour pattern? why weren't the others in the clutch affected? (assuming they were all incubated together).

Of course they are different localities. But they are both Morelia spilota imbricata and look nothing alike. Was just noting how different animals from differing localities can look.

It's just a fish tank with about 10cm of water along the entire bottom, with a couple rocks to get out on nothing too special.

I actually watched it feed for a few minutes before I took these pics, seemed quite healthy!

It's just enjoying a bit of sun in the outside half of the enclosure.
