liquid nails is effective, but reacts to heat differently (if you are going to shape the wall in this way), meaning where there is liquid nails shrinks less/at all when heat is applied.

i would say no, snakes don't sense fear as such, but i am guessing that they could use chemical cues picked up from their tongue that a mammal is exuding various chemicals due to a fear response...
