In my opinion they're both have exactly the same...

In my opinion they're both have exactly the same temprements.

Both have equal chance to be bitey as juvies, and placid as adults.

Both grow to similar size.

So pick which one you would...

If i'm just holding them they don't do either, but I still believe them to be stressed.
