definetly need more heat is your ceramic even still working because even a low wattage should heat a tank. If you can get your hand near it and it is cold then it's not working

My mony would be on her going for a shed. it is quiet common when uping the food size find most of mine go for a shed when food is upped I wouldn't worry yet just give it another week or so

personally I wouldn't use anything over 60w in a tank that size probably could go up to 75w because of the height presuming your light fittings are on the top of the tank. Hope that helps

Put the crickets in the fridge for 20 mins or so that will slow them down so you can catch them alot easier
