I have never heard of using Crushed marble. But the one thing i have found is with fine sands, and i think crushed marble would be the same, is that they tend to soak alot of moisture from my pythons...

My NEW Coastal + His Enclosure

Hey,
I got my new coastal carpet yesterday and finished his enclosure just in time.
He is a bit snappier and "on edge" compared to my much more placid female coastal but hopefully he clams down...
