Dont know why you cant use normal house globes for heat ,its the compact uv tubes that have been said to cause eye probs.We old school keepers use 60w spots from woolies, coles etc.

Not all timber suppliers will cut panels only lenghts ,been building a couple of 1200by1200 enclosures over the last couple of days.Great first job its not easy with primative tools....WELL DONE.

In S.A. we get inspected by a N.P.W.S. warden before we are endorsed for the permit ,The adult enclosure had to be built before the hatchy was purchased .The Worden doing my inspection said no growth...

i have hatched 79 bearded dragons so far this season 100% of eggs i incubated didnt slit any eggs myself just let them come out when their ready the last batch took 3 days from the first to the last.

both the beardy and the sleepy can stay outside all year round in adelaide no probs just make the enclosure big enough so they dont get in each others faces.
