yeah definately an eastern brown!! i can see how it could be mistaken for a rbb but the head it too angular and that is a typical brown pose! great snake!!

it is possible that the opinion you stated was that of olive pythons sexual maturity in the wild, where it would take longer to attain a size capable of breeding. in captivity this is not the case...

you will need a cage about 2ftLx3ftHx1ftD with lots of bratches and hide for during the day.

the PBT (prefered boby temp) of a shingleback is 33-38 degrees to replicate this i choose somewhere in the middle so about 35 for ambient temp.
