As long as it's warmer elsewhere in the enclosure, no that's not too cold. (Newspaper is a great insulator). She will seek out whatever temperature she's comfortable with at different times anyway....

I haven't noticed any noses seeming white, but I can tell mine are ready to shed by their duller colour, they usually reject a feed before shedding, and of course the milky eyes are a giveaway....

If the temperatures are right and there's enough water for her to soak in, there should be enough humidity in the enclosure without misting. Mine rarely soak but they shed OK...

Just to echo what others here are saying - I've bought twice via Herp Trader this year. Each time the vendors were genuine, the prices were better than usual and the animals I bought were great.
