No ones saying to feed snakes nothing but chicken pieces long term. As long as a snake gets at least one or two rodent feeds a month alls fine imo. You'd be surprised how many well know breeders feed...

Just feed em raw, as you buy them, without feathers(not that feathers would worry them). You can feed em to any snake thats big enough to get them down. Or break em in half for smaller animals.
