It isn't a bad idea (advice from a breeder I know) as they use it for bone structure just like lizards do. Just what I was advised from a more experienced breeder.

You only have to look at pics of wild snakes...

You only have to look at pics of wild snakes eating. They usually have very large prey items being eaten in pics..........Often a python will take a wallaby which is much bigger than the snakes head...
