Sounds like brumation to me. My beardie has barely moved for the past 2 weeks, hasn't eaten either despite his temps being kept constant. It's just a natural seasonal thing.

It sounds like he probably hasn't digested it completely, maybe due to lack of good temps? Temps are cooler now so you may need to increase his tank thermostat accordingly.
