you can put a mouse in a small container, leave it down low hopfully he will come to the food. This has worked for me with a young childrens python. Good luck

they can grow up to 4 meters, their rate of growth depends on their feeding habits, and their feedin habits depends on the heat in the enclosure.

thanks for your comments. I see plenty of info about all sorts of snakes but never see any info on these guys. I've seen them in books, that's about it, do they really smell?

I never new red wasn't Australian, I was at the vet's a while back and a guy had a few gtp's, (awesome to see in real life) one of the babies was orange. would that be Austalian? (just curious now).
