For an upgrade to be allowed to keep restricted non-venomous species you just have to send a letter to the EPA requesting and amendment on your licence to be permitted to keep more than 2 restricted...

I should add, i recommend you phone the ranger who is in charge of your area to clarify any questions you may have regarding licencing. Don't ring the EPA office as you will get a different answer...

You can keep a maximum of 2 restricted reptiles on your basic recreational licence. Restricted pythons include womas and green pythons, so this means you can keep 2 greens or 2 womas or one of each...
