Spotted Python Juvenile Help

Hi all,

I got my hatchling 6 months ago and she has these discoloured scales behind her head.

I went back to the pet store (Kellyville Pets) and showed them a photo and the lady there said that is very unusual and she has never seen that before.

Is this normal or is it something to be concerned about?

Has it always been like that or a recent change? Got mine there three months ago, doesn't have that colouration on the head.

They were always there but are getting more visible
