Clarke Rubber sell it too.
Other hardware stores should also sell it, or carpet places sometimes stock it too.

has anyone here seen a pet loo? i was wondering if i could use the grass sheet from the top of one of those, the grass is quite long for fake grass but it has weep holes to let liquid drain.

Don't know if it is the same but a lot of nurseries, landscaping, sand and soil places etc have fake grass.

Try your local carpet shop, that's where I get mine from, I get it by the meter and it's quite long so you get a lot for the mtr.
