This may be from left field, but are File snakes available for private ownership. Sore them at the zoo and thought it would be excellent to have a pair. If anyone sell them please let me know.

im in the ACT as well, and im just wondering if you know wether they would be covered by a class b liscence?

You can legally keep them in SA and NT and not allowed in Vic. Not sure with other states. You'll have to check with NPWS.

I think Blunndel is in NSW, and yes you can keep them i think its on a class2 licence.
