Hares

Im looking for some european hares, if anyone has some or is willing to catch me a pair i will pay good money for them. They must be alive an healthy as they are wanted for breeding.

SE Qld only.

What sort of trap do you need to catch a hare?
Ive seen a few out this way.

Definately illegal in Qld!! They are a declared pest and attract some pretty serious fines if you are caught with them

yes Cris, rabbits and hares are both illegal in qld.

I am not saying you can keep them by the way, far from it, just the inconsistencies of the EPA.

clearly states that Hares are not a declared pest.

rabbits are pest not hares in nz hares are declared pest and rabbits arnt so it's legal to keep hares
