Are they 4 x 2 x 2ft enclosures? How many vents do they have?

i will use thermostats i suppose. i was tossing up going trueblue style and using low wattage ones with no thermo...do they make a 60? or less?
The enclosures are one unit, three compartments each 4 by 2, two sink vents per compartment and sliding glass. they are in the lounge room

i had a 100w light globe in each and they got too hot to use with no thermo and that was in april
