hi im after a class one mildly venomous snake. does anyone know of any for sale?

There's not much to choose from. The only species which is commonly available is the Brown Tree Snake, and they're not even that common really.

As far as I know you can't have a venomous snake of any kind on a class one licence

There's plenty of elapids on Class 1, but they are all extremely rare in captivity. They include species such as Yellow-faced Whipsnakes, Golden Crowned Snakes and Swamp Snakes.
