im looking for all accesories for a snake cage e.g. lights, heating, thermostats etc. im buying a new cage and looking 2 buy from sum1 instead of shops because i thought it wood be cheaper any thoughts plz pm me

someone told me you can use flour sieves for light cages (if installed properly with no gaps) to save some cash - those cages are about $30 each whereas sieves are like, $3? Wish i'd tried it at least.
For cheap good cages in bris/QLD - have you looked at logan's enclosures? if not - do so - that will save you some $$$ as well. I'd get new thermostats though - and take it from me - unless you know an electrician get the expensive ones (not the basic $30 ones) - otherwise you'll pay $100 + for an electrician anyway.
Cheap substrate - get marine carpet from bunnings - about $30 to start with but in the long run you won't have to keep replacing it and spending loads of money each month.
If you are in Brisbane - Barry's rodents does the cheapest mice/rats - NOT PETSTORES - you'll pay 10 times as much honestly.
That's all i got for now - really wish someone had told me all this when i started... lol.

i do not need a cage all i need is everything to go inside including carpet but no logs i already hav the enclosure so carpet will b easy to measure and i need lighting and thermostats
