Hi there! I don't have a pet snake of my own just yet, but I thought I'd join this forum to share my appreciation for these fascinating animals. You might have seen me post a loong time ago-- still haven't gotten a snake yet, but I'm working on it. I'm an undergrad with a focus on palaeo-conservation (using evidence from the fossil record to inform present day conservation efforts).
I've been planning on getting a snake since 2016, but I'm in no rush. The snakes aren't going anywhere anytime soon, and I want to make big, landscaped enclosure-- hence why it's taking me so long to get a snake, haha! I want the setup all ready to go and to test out multiple heating/humidity control methods before I even think about putting an animal in there.
If you have any landscaped/display enclosures of your own, I'd love to see them!
Cheers, and looking forward to chatting with you guys.
