Hi, I have a 1 year old shingleback that I recently purchased from a reputable breeder a week ago. He has been doing great, however I have noticed some weird symptoms he is displaying (I am in no way a shingleback expert so I am unfamiliar with classic shingleback behaviour and temperate and could really use some help).

He scratches at the floor a couple of times a day and nudges at the walls of his enclosure with his head as if he is trying to burrow through it.
He occasionally sneezes...
Ive read heaps of threads on what it could be and im fairly certain it's not anything bad like mites. I think it just might be because its currently very dry and hot.

As the title suggests, my PTS is heavily gravid/pregnant again and should be ready to give birth any day now.

Since I’ve never seen the birth occur (previous years I’ve always been out when it happened) and considering I have time off atm.... I would love to know what signs I should be looking for in regards labour.

She went off food a few weeks ago and has pretty much used up all her fat stores in both her tail and everywhere else... (can see her spine!).......

Hi. This is my first post. I'm animal mad and love reptiles in particular. I've never had one myself, but I've cared for bearded dragons, ball pythons, blue tongued skinks and a red tegu at times. Loved every minute of it, especially the time I spent with the tegu!

I'm very interested in Ackies (not getting them though - at least not yet). I would appreciate it if people could send a picture of their ackies, preferably adults but I would like to see young ones too. Some of those labeled as...
To my knowledge this is the only visual marble Children's Python ever to show 'normal' Children's Python pattern along with the marble mutation trait.

I was planning to keep this aberrant specimen and see what could be produced from her, but unfortunately am already overcommitted with other ventures and just have too much on my plate. This is an interesting and possibly lucrative project for someone wanting to work on something a little different,...

Looking at getting 3-4 boyd's forest dragon next year (1M : 2-3F)
Want to know if a 1800 long x 800 deep x 900 tall enclosure will be better or a 1200 long x 800 deep x 1200 tall? I was thinking the 6ft long one might be better because i can fit a lot more vertical branches for them to get away from each other if they want to.
And with the temps, is it a good idea to use an infrared radiator panel to achieve a heat of 25-27 all year round? letting the night time temp to drop to just below 20...
