Guest speaker Professor Rick Shine on "Cane toads in tropical Australia".

Professor Shine is Australia's leading research herpetologist and currently has major research grants working on cane toad biology and possible control strategies. Cane toads are having an extremely damaging effect on reptiles in Australia. Come along and find out the latest on this major environmental issue. Hope to see you there.

I will be aiming to attend my first AHS for this...*fingers crossed*
 
i'll be there as usuall. This one will be packed. On one better sit in my seat, or else. Lol.

Be there or be square (pants). It's kind of a pre-expo gathering really. Time to set the scene gather the goss and have an evening with one of the greats of Australian Herpetology. What excuse have you got?
 
Rick will be signing copies of his new book on the night (providing it's not the publishers error version with the pygopodid on the front ;-)
