First I’ve seen, he’s gone pink in the belly which I usually correspond with food or hungry or something food related... as attacks the glass when I walk past

Then he started flicking his tail which I know is a behaviour often seen during mating/courtship, is this what’s happening? Does he want to have a go with my female darwin? Not that I’d let him, shes far too young o_O

He was last fed a rabbit about 45 days ago

I don't have enough experience to know what that is, I've only seen my girls do it.
[doublepost=1530739010,1530738968][/doublepost]maybe he's gay? lol
I’ve already had a gay black cockatoo, I don’t want a gay snake aswell :(

Thats typical behaviour from snakes (both males & females) to try and lure a mate.
Some animals use their tail in a method similar to this to attract food too.
Thanks Paul, would they still do this when there’s no potential mate nearby? Only female we have is the albino darwin who’s only 18months old

There was no food either :eek:

If the female is close enough for him to pick up the scent then yes.
Dont get wrong not all males do this (nor all females for that). I have a couple of BHP's and is like they are playing the drums when they get scent of eachother.
