NSW - Record Book: Sending it in?

Hi!

Few questions about the record book:

1. I'm assuming I'm supposed to stick it in one of those big envelopes and send it off through the post?

2. For the species name field on the front cover, do I write the common or scientific name?

3. What happens if I buy a reptile during the time that they have my book?

Excuse my noob-ness, it's my first year!

2. either, it doesn't really matter
3. it hopefully wont be that long (I have already got mine back and was only without it for a week) but just write any new additions down on paper then transfer to the book when you get it

If you buy one while waiting, which is likely considering it took 4 months last time for me, just keep the date written down and write it in when you get it.

I'm still waiting to send mine off haven't gotten the notice. Do i just leave a little note in there saying i've moved houses or contact them directly?
