i know every one has there own little salad for there beardies.

post em up here

Mine is pakchoy, bokchoy, choysum, carrot, parsley, mushroom, cucumber and tomato

Well had 2 post sumwhere
Today , almost 6 month old beardie, I relocated him 2 his new enclosure 5x2x2.5
He started eating Artificial plants so we got them away from him and dangled bok choy infront of him, he has never eaten veges =/
He LOVED it :)

I have tried salds with stuff like:
Banana, Bok choy, Silverbeat, Blueberries, Strawberyy's, Carrot.....

You might want to check on mushrooms - I'm sure I read somewhere that they may be toxic to beardies..?

Mushrooms are high in phosphorus & can be toxic. I'm with Miss B, I won't chance it.

Silver beet is a form of spinache...not good for reptiles

i use this method for veg...
1/2 of green....eg bukchoy
1/4 of green....eg parsley
1/4 of veg....used as a garnish on top...carrot,pumkin or rose petals etc
so that the staple is 3/4 greens...& the veg is used as a garnish...
the amount i make is for 2 meals as my adults have veg every 4 days...
hatchies everyday & juvies every other day

i change the green & veg used every time i make them up so they dont get the same thing
twice in 2 weeks...
i also only use 2 different greens...in their salad...& 1 veg
if they have fruit i only use 1 green

kakariki – Mushroom are not very high in phosphorus. 100 grams has about 86 nanograms of phosphorus, but no calcium. Mushrooms also contain many minerals and vitamin (D3). Here is a reference to the nutrition breakdown of mushrooms.

Reading online – I have seen a few people saying mushrooms are bad and others say they are good for bearded dragons. Mushrooms are eaten by many of the Australian wildlife after bushfires – Mushrooms are the only available after bushfires.

Note: I do not know if mushrooms are toxic to bearded dragons.
