Oh lets talk about the fish that are injected with die, that normally die off within a few months.

There are alot more atrocities that happen in the aquarium world more than a few fish put down humanely.
 
Oh, oh! Are we bad mouthing goldfish? Filthy things, ugly and boring as bat sh it.

You notice those goldfish with the bulbous growths on their head, sacs under their eyes? In the wild they'd die, no questions asked. In captivity their debilitating deformities have been exhaduratted through selective breeding for a couple of hundreds of years (probably more, they do date back a bit...), simply allowing some of those things to live, is cruel.

Anyone here keep fighterfish? For a fish that lives in swamps, a 10cm wide 'tank' is pathetic, not to mention grossly unhygenic.

His actions were stupid, but of no real threat, jail time shouldn't be considered.
 
Jail time is not needed, don't need to burden tax payers pockets anymore than the money that has already been spent on this.
