I certainly dont like some policies of the democrats, especially policy which is titled toward the socialism end of hte scale. However, i would prefer that the person with the nuclear codes doesnt have a deep seeded belief that armagedon is near and that we need to go toward armagedon in order to be saved.

Bush, Palin, McCain, actually a strong majority of the Republicans are evangelical or pentecostal christians

I agree completely, its a shame they cant have a party without socialists or far right religous idiots. Im not that familar with american government, but i dont think anything to bad will happen with such a smart and level headed president.

About the only thing i kind of agree with the guy on. but is this guy not religious himself?:? 20years in jeremiah wrights church? does that not count as being religious? :? and helping the current kenyan president get elected who as i understand has instated sharia law, doesnt seem much like separating church from state to me just what page is this guy on?:?

oh and just for the record McCain was viewed by most conservatives as leaning towards liberalism hence why he lost the election a lot of republicans refused to vote for him.

I'm just thinking of last years assassination of the Pakistani presidential candidate (Bhutto) who also had strong values of logic....

I just pray that the rednecks of the world (and I've already heard a few) can just carry on and realise what a vision Obama has.

I hope, that what Obama can do in such a short time is change the course of history.

And I hope that it all isn't too good to be true... Because right now he's already won the heart of most of the world.

i can't wait until he's gone. all this socialistic bs, giving hope to pathetic desperates, when all he's going to do is what rudd did, say whatever bs that needs to be said to get elected and then spend years blaming the previous government for not getting any of it done. the only difference is, that obama is a good orator, rudd just thinks he is.

all obama is, is a well-spoken preacher, and that's all the desperates that voted for him want, someone to tell them what to dream, and when he can't deliver those dreams, it will be someone else's fault.

um, excpet this time the mess is 10000 times worse then howards. there in two wars, have a dropping ecomony etc. rudd didnt drop the economy... the whole world did.

he wasnt born american, he isnt the typical, or god loving, uber-patriotic american. he is proud and conservative... he's a leader, and a darn well good juxtapose to the last, or any of our Pm's..
