Planes of that size would only be used to drop retardant in most cases so if it could do say 2 or 3+ drops an hour that would really slow the travel of a lot of fires down ie:large strips of fuel being unburnable or burning very poorly. so really it would be a valuable tool. hopefully we get a few here in the future.
